Use:
 
Punch Round or Oval Holes for Belts, Straps and other accessories.
Punch against the rubber side of the plate.

Note:
 
The grip might be uncomfortable for some, as it has a spiky grip.
TIP: Wrap it with a neoprene wrap (used for tennis-rackets or hockey gear)
 
Store:
To save the blades, turn the blades away from the plate. In other words the plate must be stationed between 2 blades, before closing the pliers for storage.
