Packing and Dispatching of Orders

All orders placed, paid and cleared before 10am will be dispatched the same day, unless otherwise communicated.

All orders placed, paid and cleared after this time, will be picked, packed and dispatched the following day, unless otherwise communicated.

Split orders

Should an item on order be out of stock.  You as client will have the option to choose whether the parcel is sent without this item, or whether the parcel should be held back until all items are in stock. 

If the parcel is split and the "in stock items" are dispatched in the mean time, the backorder item will incur extra postage for client's account.
