Incorrect product order | Exchange

• 7 day return policy from date of receipt

• Return in original packaging

• Secure packaging to ensure no damage during transit - courier cost for client account

• Product returned will be reviewed and refunded | credited to account

• 10% handling fee will be charged on product cost.

• Courier Fee is non-refundable

Custom | Manufactured Product

• Please contact us to discuss your design and custom order

• Upon acceptance of the quote a 60% deposit is payable​​

• Confirmation will be requested to confirm engraving | spelling | font etc.

• The balance is payable on completion of order,  before shipment is booked

• We do our utmost to double check before engraving is done on leather products however, if there is an error in any script that was missed by the client upon confirmation, unfortunately it will be for the clients account
